  • Can I keep my existing phone numbers?

    Yes, we handle this process on your behalf, contacting your incumbent supplier to take over your existing numbers.

  • How much downtime will there be?

    There is no downtime during installation. We will not be utilising your existing lines so they will run concurrently with the switchover.

  • What is the lead time for installation?

    From signing the lead time is 4 weeks.

  • What happens if my internet goes down?

    The internet connection we provide comes with a service level agreement which means that any issues will be resolved within 4 hours. Calls will automatically be diverted to multible mobile phones and/or other sites.

  • What happens at the end of the contract?

    The cost per user drops by 50% at the end of the contract as the installation and hardware will have been paid for.
