Derbyshire-based haulage and plant hire specialists Leedale are now benefiting from cost and efficiency savings thanks to Invictus Communications.
The company was initially prompted to contact Invictus Communications due to their need to simplify their telephony system.
Leedale employs 80 people and provides services to local authorities, multi-national companies, developers and construction contractors across the UK.
The office-base telephone and broadband service was set up in such a way that Leedale received several different bills for these services that are so essential to run their business.
Invictus Communications were therefore appointed to install the latest VOIP telephony and broadband system – migrating the system over out of office hours to ensure minimal disruption.
As well as simplified and transparent billing - the system has increased efficiency and generated cost savings for the customer by providing free local, national and mobile calls.
Incoming calls are routed to any extension so that no calls are missed – increasing efficiency and enhancing customer and supplier relationships.
Full call logs are available and the system is cloud-based to ensure resilience and disaster recovery with 24/7 customer service and back up.
